Elevarafit™ provides fast shipping preparation and works with established delivery partners to transport orders to eligible destinations.

Order Preparation

Orders are reviewed before shipment. Preparation may include product verification, protective packing, address review, and shipping-label creation. Orders containing several products may be sent in separate packages when items are stored or prepared at different facilities.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, postal codes, access details, and a reachable telephone number where required.

Address corrections cannot always be completed after an order enters fulfillment. Elevarafit™ is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information supplied during checkout.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided when available. Carrier updates may be delayed between label creation, package collection, transportation scans, customs review, and final delivery.

A lack of immediate tracking movement does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, local access restrictions, customs procedures, transportation interruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should monitor tracking activity and respond promptly to carrier requests. Packages marked as delivered should be checked around the property, with household members, building staff, reception areas, parcel lockers, and nearby delivery points before contacting customer care.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned when an address is incomplete, delivery is refused, collection is not completed, or the carrier cannot access the destination. Contact us if tracking indicates that a package is being returned.

Additional handling or reshipment conditions may apply when delivery failure results from information or actions outside our control.
